including a linker option in ld script

Hi,

Is there a way to specify the linker argument - '-rpath <directory>' -
in a linker script?

I am looking to supply the '-rpath <directory>' argument to linker in
any manner other than supplying it as linker command line (such as 'ld
-rpath <dir>').  The 'directory' option to rpath does not change for
multiple linker invocations.
