[PATCH] fix hl-sexp face invalid when Edebug

When I in edebug trace mode, hl-sexp is still active, but the highlighting
is not displayed. I searched Emacs ELPA, can't find your repository source.
And I searched on GitHub found two repos:

- https://github.com/emacsattic/hl-sexp
- fork: https://github.com/ivanp7/hl-sexp

I don't know which one is original author. MELPA (https://melpa.org/) does
not have hl-sexp's recipe file.

I have emailed author: Edward O'Connor <ted@oconnor.cx>, but got no
response for a long time.

So I have to email to here.

Can someone tell me where to send this patch?
