I tried that. I downloaded the strip.exe fom

https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/MinGW/Base/binutils/binutils-2.28/

But when running it on the binary:

    > C:\code\langs\MingGW\bin\strip.exe -s emacs.exe
    C:\code\langs\MingGW\bin\strip.exe:emacs.exe: File format not recognized
