On Windows, when I try to access some installed .el.gz file (with
`find-function', for instance) Emacs complains:
Uncompression program `gzip' not found
Since Emacs has built-in support for zlib (this build lists ZLIB among
its configured features) why does it need gzip?
Emacs version 25.1.50.1 of 2016-06-06 (i686-w64-mingw32) (built on the
MSYS2 environment.)
