Error, when launching cygwin bash from Emacs

I wanted to open cygwin bash inside emacs in Windows 7. I took the function
from this answer:

The author says, that I should pass the --login argument to bash by setting
explicit-bash-args. I did it and wrote the following:

(defun cygwin-shell ()
"Run cygwin bash in shell mode."
  (let ((explicit-shell-file-name "C:/cygwin64/bin/bash")
(explicit-bash-args '("--login" "-i"));<- is it correct?
    (call-interactively 'shell)))

Here are the problems, that I am facing:

    1. When bash is opened I see the following errors:

bash: cannot set terminal process group (-1): Inappropriate ioctl for
device bash: no job control in this shell ]0;~

    2. Every command prints the following output:

    3. I changed my home directory in /etc/passwd to /cygdrive/g/robotcomp,
but Windows default home dir (/cygdrive/c/Users/robotcomp/AppData/Roaming)
is used when I start bash process from emacs. Therefore all my settings are
not read by bash on startup.

How to fix?
