The list starting by 'nnmaildir' needs to be enclosed in another one:

'((nnmaildir "mymailbox"  (directory "/Maildir/")))

Is your folder "/Maildir" or "~/Maildir"?

Also, I don't think the 'mail-sources' lines are needed for your
purpose: they move the mail in your Maildir folder into the GNUS archive
(I'm guessing, since I'm a Gnus beginner).
