|      function is passed into each successive function.

|           Source of article (author or newsgroup), in brackets followed
|           by the subject.

|     `message-forward-subject-fwd'
|           Subject of article with `Fwd:' prepended to it.

Easy to customize with

     * M-x customize-option
     * message-make-forward-subject-function
     * RET
     * Mark the "message-forward-subject-fwd" line
     * "Set for current session" 
     * Test it
     * "Save for future sessions"
