Hi
I installed emacs-23.2 on Solaris 8 using the following command:
./configure --prefix=PREFIX_DIRECTORY && make && make install
The last stage of the install failed complaining that it couldn't install liem.
I am able to start emacs and launch eshell but the "cd" command doesn't work.
Could anybody tell me what could be causing this?
