Yes, it is available from `System/procps'. Got it installed.
Works from the shell.

Changed the process to launch with the following:
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
(setq anything-c-locate-options '("top"))
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
... but nothing happens. Like if it was not called at all -
while still part of my anything sources.
