Have you tried this?

http://cscope.sourceforge.net/
i'm new to it myself, but it works.

It offers a prompt in case of multiple matches. Not only overloaded functions in a class, but also options from across the directory tree that you set it up to 'index'.

Does anyone else use cscope from emacs?
I'd like to know if there are any tips that you might have.
For example key-bindings, most often used functions, etc
 ( "cscope-find-global-definition" is the only one I use. )
