(global-set-key [f6] 'visit-tags-table)
(global-set-key [f8] 'add-change-log-entry-other-window)
(global-set-key [f12] 'make-frame)

However none of these mapped keys work. Am i forgetting to do something?
All help appreciated.
Also where can i see error logs that emacs might spit out.
