I use -misc-fixed-medium-r-semicondensed--13-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
and it does come with bold and oblique. It's significantly smaller
than 10x20 (it's 6x13 IIRC), which I find to be a great advantage since
I get to see many more lines of text at a time.
