That's it. But when I try:

(keyboard-translate ?\M-` ?\M-\t)

I get following error:

Error in init file: Args out of range: #^[t nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil 
nil ni\
l nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil 
nil nil ....
