need help with ediff

I've just recently discovered how great a tool ediff
is.  I'd like to customize it some but I need some
help.

Here's what I want:
1. Merge with ancestor should display four windows as
the following:
    -------------------
    |  A  |  B  |  C  |
    -------------------
    |        M        |
    -------------------

where A is the ancestor, B is the file with my
modifications, C is the file I'm merging with, and M
is the merged file.
2. Scrolling up and down should scroll all windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
