Here is mine, not quite black:

(add-to-list 'default-frame-alist '(background-color . "gray16"))
(add-to-list 'default-frame-alist '(foreground-color . "lightyellow"))
(add-to-list 'default-frame-alist '(cursor-color . "Yellow3"))
