saving emacs buffers with white spaces as shown

Hi,

Emacs indents my C/C++ code very easy and nicely. Then when I save my source file, all the indents get the same treatment, i.e. 2 white spaces. That

creates problem when opening them in Microsoft VC++. What should be done
in Emacs to make the indents be treated as the same amount of white spaces as shown in emacs?
