Not really. If you look at the format for the gnatsweb attachments,
it's using a MIME compatible delimiter string and headers. You can
duplicate that if you wish for the "Undefined" field. There is no
proper, built-in attachment handling for GNATS itself.

gnatsd doesn't handle attachments, it simply outputs text found in the
PR file. gnatsweb uses a hackish way to save attachments, but as of
yet, there is no binary data type for saving information in the
database.

You can edit-pr PRNUMBER and edit the MIME delimiters so that gnatsweb
would recognize it.
