[Help-glpk] new wikibook : two questions

Hello all

The new GLPK Wikibook looks like a useful and
timely addition to GLPK, particularly as an
increasing number of ancillary projects
(bindings, editors, visualization) spin-off.
An excellent idea on the part of xypron.

While adding some material, I encountered two
minor issues:

 * which is the preferred term: MathProg or
   GMPL .. and are the two interchangeable?

 * are (32 and 64-bit) Windows binaries part
   of the official release .. or are they
   produced by third-party efforts
