Is it possible to think of a cutting stock problem with day+room as a stock
of a certain length (in hours) and cutting it into lessons with different
lengths?

OK i understand it. But the question now is how to implement a constraint
that
if an hour is marked as a start time of a session it is impossible to mark
as a start time of another session following [sessions's duration - 1 ]
hours.
