[Help-glpk] makefile to compile glpk 4.10 under w32 with dev-c++ |

The zip archive (see attachment) contains two files w32dev.bat and
w32dev.mak needed to compile glpk 4.10 under W32 with Dev-C++. Just
copy these files to the glpk directory and run w32dev.bat (make sure
before that the path to Dev-C++ directory is properly specified).
See comments within w32dev.mak for more details.
NB: These files will be included in a next release of glpk.
