You should *not* convert a precompiled library. Download the glpk
distribution either from <ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glpk/> or from some
mirror ftp sites <http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html> and then follow
instructions in w32bc5.mak.
