[Help-glpk] autotools patch for glpk-4.1

Hello,

I have modified GLPK 4.1 so that it can make a shared version of the library 
as well as a static version. This is easier for me to manage GLPK 
installations and to create extension modules for GLPK to scripting 
languages. I myself am trying to use GLPK with Python.

I put my patch at this URL below, as it is too big to send by e-mail:

I used autoconf-2.57, automake-1.7.2 and libtool-1.4.3 in this patch. I'm not 
sure if you like automake, but I personally feel that automake is very useful 
in this kind of project.
