[h-e-w] Key binding question

Hi there,

is there some way I can use my right Alt key (Alt Gr on my European 
keyboard) as "Alt" or "Super" or "Hyper" or whatever in Emacs? Dito for 
my right Control key?

I'm using Emacs 21.3.50.8 on Windows XP.
