[h-e-w] Emacs 21.2 on Windows XP

I just downloaded the latest version of Emacs. I'm running Windows XP formy OS on a Pentium 4 w/ 512 megs of memory. I get the following error whenthe program runs:


(C:\Program Files\emacs-21.2\bin\emacs.exe) [2 times]
x-complement-fontset-spec: Wrong type argument: stringp, nil

Any suggestions...
