I am using cygwin makeinfo, the problem, apparently, is that texi.unperm (and
texi.perm) doesn't exist in
the texi or info distributions (at
http://www.gnu.org/manual/elisp-manual-21-2.8/elisp.html).
Any idea how I can get those two files?
