[h-e-w] ange ftp problem

Hi.  I just installed emacs for windows on my new laptop, but I had
trouble open a remote file.  When I tried to open /address@hidden:
I got the following message:

331 Password required for pandora.
230 User pandora logged in.
hash
Hash mark printing On  ftp: (2048 bytes/hash mark) .

pwd
257 "/afs/wam.umd.edu/home/wam/p/a/pandora/home" is current directory.

and the mini-buffer says:

How can I fix this??  What is wrong?
