Doing a simple test... I changed my monitor resolution (Dell Insprion
8100 laptop) from 1600x1200 to 1280x1024 and tried the
x-display-pixel-width, and it correctly reported the new display width
and set the frame size accordingly.
Cound there have been a bug in an earlier implementation?
