You can find the answer in the cygwin FAQ at www.cygwin.com/faq/ under the
question "How do I run bash as a shell under NT Emacs?". There is
instructions on how to set up bash with ntemacs. It really would be useful
to replicate this entry in the ntemacs FAQ, since a number of people have
asked this question.
