I have a virtual desktop installed on my windows box.

Suppose that I open up Emacs and then switch to
another desktop.  At this point, I want to open
another new frame.  How would I open up a new frame
using gnuclient without specifying a filename?  In
other words, can I open up a new frame with the
scratch buffer open?
