FSF printing updated Bison manual?

It's been brought to my attention that our printed Bison manual is quite
out of date.

We would like to have an updated version available at
http://shop.fsf.org.

Is there any chance one of the Bison contributors would be able to work
with us to get it ready for print publication? I suspect it's already
very close, and we just need someone to help with a few cleanup tasks.
For example, there is an informational page about Amazon that we like to
add to the printed manuals.

(I'm not on the list, so would appreciate being CCed on replies.)
