I've attached a new `Makefile.am'.  It uses the environment variable
`LDF_PRIVATE' to determine whether to use `time' or not.  If it's
not set, `time' isn't used.

This is the first time I've used an environment variable for anything in
3DLDF.  I didn't want to use them.

I've uploaded a new snapshot.  I've changed a few of the parser input
files, but it was all in comments.  The only significant change is in
`Makefile.am'.
