Interesting news:

S. Baron-Cohen. (2005). The Empathizing System: a revision of the 1994
model of the Mindreading System, In Origins of the Social Mind,
B. Ellis and D. Bjorklund, eds.  Guilford.

SBC added two new components to his theory which are TED (The Emotion
Detector) and TESS (The Empathizing SyStem).  The output of TED is an
agent affect state proposition (very similar to AntiGoal / ProGoal /
NoGoal).  TESS combines the output of more basic modules (including
TED) into compound propositions.

There is not much more detail in the article.
