Hmm...we will find the problem :)
Please check that the version unoconv is the current one for the
gnuhealth user (or user that runs gnuhealth server).
As the GNU Health user, run
$ which unoconv
I get the local version:
/home/gnuhealth/.local/bin/unoconv
Does it happen in _all_ pdf reports or only in the QR code ?
PS: federation.gnuhealth.org runs on openSUSE 15.0 and so far so good.
