I cannot do the upgrade in my virtual machine. If I cannot handle it in my local machine I prefer not to do it in the server...

Any idea what can I do? I'm a little lost...

Make sure you are using the same user (gnuhealth) for creating and
updating the database. It also should be the same user that runs the
trytond daemon.

Cheched. I'm using gnuhealth user for both handling the databes and running trytond daemon.
