How to install Gnuhealth client on the Server as the Server needs python 3 and
client needs python 2?

In my completely biased opinion, yes.
openSUSE offers packages for installation, and it gets tested with openQA
Packages for Debian/Ubuntu should be available as well, maybe this helps as
well!
