Yes :)
From version 3.2 onward, the lab test needs a requesting health
professional in order to proceed and later validate the samples.
For upgrades from version 3.0, you need to make sure the field
"requested by" has a health professional associated.
There are ways to automate this process previous to the upgrade, as we
talked this afternoon.
