You will be computing the total amount of an specific drug / supply
based on all the patients and doses for that day.

It could be done, and maybe, we can add an internal order point
and scheduler to further automate the task, integrating the stock_supply
module.

I think it's a great feature and I'll be happy to work on it. Any
suggestions on this is most welcome.

You can implement this using a domain.

You can achieve it using the right permissions for the warehouse user.
