Try opening a terminal and telnet directly to the 8000 port, you should
get a connection prompt like similar to this one. Otherwise a
connection refused error would come out.
$ telnet health.gnusolidario.org 8000
Trying 46.102.241.214...
Connected to health.gnusolidario.org.
Escape character is '^]'.
