[Health] Demo database 2.6.2 available

The Postgres dump for the demo database 2.6.2 is available [1].

In this version, there is an additional user "admin_es", with the same
permissions as "admin", but it has the Spanish language . This also
holds for the the community server. So, for the Spanish-speaking
community, please use this user, instead of changing the preferences of
the admin user.
