Adding health-i18n as proposed by Luis to include a wider audience.

There are definitely issues with the translation files that are propagating
even into the current health repository.
While health_icd10.pot has
msgctxt "model:gnuhealth.pathology,name:O624"
msgid "Hypertonic, incoordinate, and prolonged uterine contractions"
msgstr ""
the other localizations contain (just a snippet from the diff)
pt_BR.po:5744:msgid "Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia"
pt_BR.po:5745:msgstr "macroglobulinemia de Waldenström"
pt_BR.po:22857:msgid "Sicca syndrome [Sjögren]"
pt_BR.po:22858:msgstr "Síndrome seca [Sjögren]"
pt_BR.po:24295:msgid "Kienböck's disease of adults"
pt_BR.po:24296:msgstr "Doença de Kienböck do adulto"
pt_BR.po:27971:msgid "Hypertonic, incoördinate and prolonged uterine
contractions" pt_BR.po:34028:msgid "Other lack of coördination"
pt_BR.po:34036:msgid "Other and unspecified lack of coördination"
fr.po:5609:msgid "Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia"
fr.po:22271:msgid "Sicca syndrome [Sjögren]"
fr.po:23681:msgid "Kienböck's disease of adults"
fr.po:27053:msgid "Hypertonic, incoördinate and prolonged uterine contractions"
fr.po:32835:msgid "Other lack of coördination"
fr.po:32843:msgid "Other and unspecified lack of coördination"
ar.po:5623:msgid "Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia"
ar.po:22285:msgid "Sicca syndrome [Sjögren]"
ar.po:23695:msgid "Kienböck's disease of adults"
ar.po:27067:msgid "Hypertonic, incoördinate and prolonged uterine contractions"
ar.po:32849:msgid "Other lack of coördination"
ar.po:32857:msgid "Other and unspecified lack of coördination"
I have no notion how those 'coördination' could propagate into the msgids(!)
of the po files, but definitely a thourough cleanup is needed here.
@Edgar: when you are running your import script you would be better off running
it on health_icd10.pot instead of de.po. Probably that will solve the missing
20 translations as well.

See above.

Indeed another mismatch between health_icd10.pot and the generated *.po files.

As explained above there is a difference between the file generated from the
code (.pot) and the files generated or merged for the individual languages.
Apart from that I remember that the Tryton project ran into similar issues when
updating message catalogs with pootle. AFAIR a quite specific workflow is needed
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tryton-dev/8vNgn4YDulY/0ENMamymAQAJ
I think a
pootle sync_stores --overwrite --force
should do the job.
Cheers
