Thanks ! Please provide your Pootle username, so we can give you the
permissions to the language.

By the way, remember that from this version on, we will be using the
concept of "Derivative language", that means that we will focus on the
translation of a main "ES" generic language, and then, for each
country / region, we will only translate those strings that differ from
the main language.

There is an option our Pootle translation server, "Alternative Source
Languages". There you can add "Spanish", so that will help to see the
strings on the source language.

So, summing up, all the strings from es_AR, es_PE, es_MX, es_VE should
be reset, and only add the ones specific for the local / regional
language.
