[Health-i18n] Error in French language

Hi Ineiev and French translators

It seems like there is an error in the French language. Probably in
when parsing a malformed string, but we can't download or refresh the
language files.

The error is :

Server Error
An error has occurred. Thank you for your patience.
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'user'


We're packing now the GNU Health 3.0.0, and there is no time to include
it.

Once fixed, you can just type with the gnuhealth user :

./gnuhealth-control getlang fr 

and the language pack will be automatically installed .
