The templates (pot) files are updated and in place for each module
(under localization dir).

So, the goal now is to be able to merge the outdated existing
translation files (eg, es_ES.po, lo.po .. ) strings with this pot file,
for each module.

I have clicked on the rescan against templates, but nothing happened. I
guess somehow the system needs to know that those .pot files under each
module are indeed the template files, but I haven't seen where to tell
Pootle that.
