Details:

Dear GH developers and testers:

The initial GH HMIS core package has been migrated to the upcoming 4.0 and is
ready for developers to test it.

The testing at this point should be only be focused on:

* GNU Health setup program (gnuhealth-setup install)
* GNU Health control center (updates and dependency
* "health" core module
* The GNU Health HMIS native client 3.9 (upcoming 4.0)

Please update your local repository pulling the latest changesets from GNU
Savannah and test it.

Soon we'll provide an instance with the core module so non-technical users can
test the functionality from the web.

Known issues:
* The currency is not loading by default
* We're using Werkzeug 1.0. Axel has reported issues on 2.0 on Tryton 6.x, so
we probably have to patch it.
