In the context of the patient encounter / evaluation :
* Followup : Used in chronic conditions or in conditions that required
subsequent visits to evaluate the evolution of the initial condition.
Note that when you select followup, a new field will show up, so you
can choose the existing condition from the patient.
* Well child / woman visit : You use this type of evaluation for
routine visits / health promotion / screening visits for
otherwise healthy patients.
