Agree. It would be great if this can be done while fulfilling the local 
national 
specifications. I can imagine that the NHS has published the secifications for
this like in Austria one can find at

for the eCard or at 
http://www.hauptverband.at/portal27/hvbportal/content?contentid=10007.693708&viewmode=content
for the so called "Erstattungskodex", which is an electronic tool for all 
medication that is approved in Austria.

Login: admin, pw: gnusolidario)) we started to provide 
a community server especially for the Austrian situation.
I would be very glad and thankful to hear, how you can setup the common 
medication.
