It sounds great ! At the moment I started the serverpass utility,
there were some issues with the version of python cracklib on pypi, so I
documented it as an OS dependency (python2.7-cracklib) [1]

If we now have a current python cracklib on pypi, then we can make it
part of the installation script.

Yes, cracklib is part of the pypi as "cracklib", no "python-cracklib"
