Yes. The Pootle server is https://chapters.gnu.org/projects/health/

Ineiev (from GNU) did the original configuration. We need to be able
to get the latest translations - at least from the official languages
- and update the translation files.

I propose getting used to Pootle (creating teams, access control,
versioning, ... ) in these days. November 22nd is the estimated code
freeze stage, where no new terms should appear. That moment we can
transfer the latest version from Transifex.
