[Health-dev] GNU Health - Unable to cancel Lab Test Attachment Operation once we selected 'Create New Record'

Hi,
I have selected a Lab Test Results, then 'Add an attachment to the Record' and then I selected 'Add new record'. At this point I can't cancel this operation. There is no Cancel button and no Close button. I was unable to cancel this operation and I was forced to click 'OK'.
