commit 0a908f874e79963fd34bc91a7ce5cced43df7844
Author: Peter Colberg <address@hidden>

Work around broken reStructuredText code directive.
docutils supports a code directive since version 0.9, which is output by
pandoc when converting from Markdown to reStructuredText. For some
reason, highlighting works for Python code, but not for C code.
The issue occurs with docutils 0.11 and pygments 1.6.
